HOW TO USE
Simply apply the light directly to the skin and slowly move the device in a circular or back and forth motion to distribute light evenly. Treat with red light for 30 minutes 1x week and with blue light for 20 minutes 1x week, on different days. Do not treat your skin with blue and red light in the same day. Continue weekly use as needed.
